研究方向

主要在分子生物学和生物能源领域,包括生物质与生物能的开发利用、酶学、蛋白质表达和代谢工程,功能基因组学等。近年来,研究方向主要集中在基于碳减排的生物质开发与利用领域,同时,一直致力于生物学科与有机化学、药物化学、食品等学科的交叉前沿领域,希望利用生物、有机等多种手段,增值二氧化碳以及减少碳排放。

科研项目

主持、参加多项国家级、省部级科研项目国际科研合作,主要有:

1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,基于多组学的嗜热蓝细菌热适应性机制研究,2020/01-2023/12。

2. 农业农村部杂粮加工重点实验室开放课题,荞麦中miRNA介导的应答干旱调控机制,2020/01-2020/12。

3. 成都大学校人才启动项目,基于碳减排的嗜热蓝细菌BCM特性及其功能基因组学研究,2017/01-2020/01。

4. 广东省自然科学基金,利用海洋硅藻开发新型高效生物吸附剂用于处理重金属废水的研究,2015/01-2018/01。

5. 深圳市海外高层次人才创新业计划,用于生物燃料生产的光合微生物细胞工厂研究,2015/01-2016/12。

6. 国家自然科学基金外国青年学者研究基金项目,Photosynthetic microbial cell factories for laccase enzyme production,2015/01-2015/12。
