20086月本科毕业于四川农业大学农学(种子工程与产业化方向)专业,获农学学士学位。

20089--20136月硕博连读于四川农业大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,获理学博士学位。(其间:20119--20129月博士联合培养于芬兰赫尔辛基大学)

20136--201511月任四川省农业科学院农业资源与环境研究所(原土壤肥料研究所)助理研究员。

201511--至今任四川省农业科学院农业资源与环境研究所副研究员(其间:2019.9—2020.9挂任叙永县县委县政府顾问; 2021.7—四川省农业科学院农业资源与环境研究所食用菌研究中心副主任)。

主要科研和教学情况

近年来,主持项目20余项(含国家自然科学基金1项);获四川省科技进步一等奖2项;以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文35篇,其中SCI收录25篇,JCR分区17篇,Top期刊6篇;以第一完成人获国家发明专利授权5项;主持选育审(认)定新品种3个。主笔的扶贫调研报告《民族地区特色产业扶贫研究—以甘孜州羊肚菌产业为例》被四川省人民政府研究室内刊《领导参阅》第34期全文采录,获原四川省委副书记、省长尹力和副省长尧斯丹的肯定批示。积极投身“精准扶贫”工作,带动500余户2200余人脱贫,相关工作获CCTV-7、《科技日报》《人民政协报》《中国组织人事报》等报道。先后被评为四川省科技特派员先进个人、四川省农业科学院科技支撑精准脱贫“突出贡献个人”和四川省农业科学院科技人才“百人计划”青年领军人才等荣誉称号,入选第十三批四川省科学和技术带头人后备人选。

1.李小林主持,攀枝花白块菌的侵染对美国山核桃生长发育与根际微生态的影响。国家自然科学基金项目(立项编号:31900079),2020.12022.1223万元。

2.李小林主持,四川食用菌创新团队食用菌工厂化和设施化栽培岗位。国家现代农业产业技术体系四川创新团队课题(立项编号:sccxtd-2020-07),2019.012023.1250万元。

3. 李小林负责,块菌人工栽培菌根新材料创制与应用。十四五四川省食用菌育种攻关项目专题(立项编号:2021YFYZ0026);2021.42025.1260万元。
