近年主持科技部星火计划1项，省部级厅局级项目8项；主持德国总领事馆、德国学术交流中心、德国技术转移中心国际合作项目各1项。以第一作者发表论文30余篇，SCI论文4篇，参编著作6部，获省级科技进步奖2项，市级科技进步奖2项。参与国家行业标准1项。研究方向：农产品冷链物流。承担课程：《食品安全学》、《食品保藏原理》、《食品标准与法规》、《食品安全检测新技术》。与中国冷链委、成都天绿菌业，四川品高农产等20多家企业建立合作伙伴关系。
