主要研究方向

植物与微生物互作,微生物多样性与功能,微生物遗传与进化,微生物发酵。 

主要科研和教学情况

      近年来,一直从事植物微生物互作、微生物遗传、生态、功能及发酵方面的研究,以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外期刊发表论文40余篇,其中在Environmental PollutionComputational and Structural Biotechnology Journal, Chemosphere, Frontiers in microbiology, Microbial Biotechnology,International Journal of Biological Macromolecules,Applied Microbiology and BiotechnologySCI期刊上发表论文30余篇,承担科研项目4项,获授权专利3担任BMC genomicsChemosphereFrontiers in microbiologySCI期刊的审稿专家
