主要研究方向

研究方向:食品化学,食品多组分互作,光调控蛋白质策略

主要科研

  主要从事有机小分子与生物大分子互作的机理学研究及光调控蛋白质构象功能的应用策略技术。曾师从光调控蛋白质方向的权威科学家Andrew Woolley,系统细化了该领域涉及的知识与方法,并将该方向关键技术引进回国,突破了该光控技术难以在生物体中延长有效波段的技术瓶颈,并同我省高校及研究院所化学生物学领域的同行共享研究方法与光调控工艺的技术关键。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,四川省科技厅应用基础面上项目1项,其它省部及厅局级项目4项,参与国家自科基金及四川省重大科技成果转化分析测试平台建设项目3项,累计可支配经费90余万。公开发表国内外学术论文90余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文50余篇(高被引论文3篇,中科院一区TOP论文20余篇),申报中国发明专利2项。担任Food ChemistryCarbohydrate Polymers Food HydrocolloidsToxicology in VitroFood BioscienceLuminescence等多个SCI期刊审稿人。承担《无机化学》、《食品分析》、《食品加工新技术研究进展》等课程的教学工作,指导大学生创新训练计划项目5项(国家级2项,省部级3项),指导学科竞赛获国家级、省部级奖多项,获拔尖创新人才培养荣誉学业导师称号,参编专著1部。已培养硕士研究生14人。近五年参加国际及全国性学术会议近10次,作国际会议学术汇报2次。
