主要研究方向

主要在分子生物学和生物能源领域,包括生物质与生物能的开发利用、酶学、蛋白质表达和代谢工程,功能基因组学等。近年来,研究方向主要集中在基于碳减排的生物质开发与利用领域,同时,一直致力于生物学科与有机化学、药物化学、食品等学科的交叉前沿领域,希望利用生物、有机等多种手段,增值二氧化碳以及减少碳排放。

主要科研项目(或教学项目)

主持、参加多项国家级、省部级科研项目、国际科研合作和多项横向项目,近3年主持的项目主要有:

1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,基于多组学的嗜热蓝细菌热适应性机制研究,2020/01-2023/12,主持。

2. 抗生素研究与再评价四川省重点实验室开放课题,基于基因组学的嗜热蓝细菌次生代谢产物生物合成基因挖掘和功能预测,2021/10-2022/9,主持。

3. 成都大学高层次人才培育计划,基于光合微生物细胞工厂生产化学聚合物的研究,2021/1-2025/1,主持。

4. 北京市食品添加剂工程技术研究中心开放课题,嗜热蓝细菌天然色素的生物合成优化与提纯工艺研究,2020/06-2022/12,主持。
