200812月毕业于四川农业大学,获博士学位。

20096--至今,成都大学食品与生物工程学院任教,教授,硕士生导师,四川省学术与技术带头人后备人选

主要研究方向

农产品精深加工、食品营养。

科研项目

近年来主持国家自然基金青年项目1项,省级项目2项和多项厅局级项目。主要项目如下:

1.川花椒功能性油脂资源的深度挖掘,四川省国际科技创新合作项目(2019YFH0090),主持

2.多糖保健型低脂酸奶配方及制备工艺优化的研究,四川省教育厅科研项目(18ZB0136),主持

3.肥胖引起的肠道菌群改变与Paneth细胞内质网应激的关系研究,国家自然科学基金(31401488),主持

科研成果

以第一或通讯作者发表论文30余篇,其中SCI收录15篇;主编或参编著作2部,授权专利3项;获四川省科技进步奖二等奖1项、成都市科技进步二等奖1项。近年的代表性论文如下:

1. Combination of Flos Sophorae and chili pepper as a nitrite alternative improves the antioxidant, microbial communities and quality traits in Chinese sausages. Food Research International. 2021.
